Out of 56 seats, 14 Democratic candidates are running unopposed and 13 Republicans are running unopposed. That leaves 29 seats with contested elections. We recommend starting by finding your current state senator and district. Once you know which district you’re in, you can check this complete list of Democrats running for the 29 contested seats along with their websites and social media handles (where available). If your district has a contested race, we encourage you to support your local Democratic candidate. If your district is uncontested, we encourage you to adopt a candidate in one of the most flippable districts listed below.
