You can search the Georgia General Assembly's website for the bill number of the piece of legislation that you're interested in.
When you click on the bill number, it will pull up a page that shows you the sponsors of the bill. You can click on their names to find out their contact information and reach out to ask how to help with a bill if you support it.
Below that you will see which committees will be reviewing the bill (HC = House Committee, SC = Senate Committee). You can click on the committee to see who is on the committee and then click on each committee member (including the Chairman, etc.) to get their contact information. Tell them whether you feel like the bill is good or bad and pressure them either to vote for it to pass out of committee and get a floor vote in their chamber or to vote against it in committee so it never sees the light of day. Of course you can also contact your own legislator to tell them your position.
If you want extra credit, you can use the legislative tracking tool from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution to take a deeper dive.
